‘Code for C’ is a wayfinding publication that explores bird migration routes using official ringing species codes and tracking data from migrationatlas.org.
It focuses on species identified under the code ‘C’, interpreting their recorded movements and migration patterns. Each species code is shown on the page (e.g. CP, CX). The coordinates visualise these routes, highlighting key pathways and commonly used geographical areas across their range. The maps are based on recorded data, showing the species’ active migration routes.
